Reporting to the Dietary Manager, your role is essential for making sure residents have nutritious meals that add joy to their day. Responsibilities include serving meals, setting up service areas, and ensuring the kitchen remains orderly and compliant with health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals with professionalism and courtesy
• Prepare salads, beverages, and desserts for dining
• Set tables and provide tray service as needed
• Clean dishware and maintain hygienic kitchen conditions
• Participate in catering and special event activities
Requirements:
• Must possess a Food Handler's Certificate
• Experience in food service and with seniors is advantageous
• Enrollment in the Food Service Worker Training Program required
• Excellent service skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Physical ability to stand and lift items during the shift
