Key Responsibilities:



- Establish robust relationships with industry suppliers and clients - Prepare detailed mechanical budgets and accurate cost estimates - Coordinate pre-tender site tours and analyze cost-saving options - Review estimates and prepare closing strategies for submissions - Maintain and update estimating databases and historical data
Requirements: - Over 10 years' experience as a Mechanical Estimator - Hands-on experience with Mechanical construction projects - Formal leadership experience considered a solid asset - Relevant degree or certification in Engineering or Mechanical trades - Excellent knowledge of industry products and standards
