In this intermediate role, you'll report to the Sr. Manager of Training & Business Solutions, focusing on targeted training that aligns with UFA's business goals. You'll develop learning resources, coordinate training events including e-courses and in-person workshops, and support ongoing employee development.

Robust agricultural or petroleum knowledge will help you succeed in delivering effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate business training requirements with unit leaders
Develop and deliver e-learning resources and instructor-led training




Coordinate vendor and in-house training workshops
Manage training program operations and administration
Create and update training documentation

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Adult Education or related field
5 years of training experience preferred
Knowledge of adult learning theory and e-learning design
Robust communication skills to lead learners
Valid driver's license and travel availability
