Compensation: $130,000–$150,000+ Total Earnings | Full-Time

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a background in industrial equipment, construction, or a related industry. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone equally comfortable on a job site or in a boardroom. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who can maintain strong existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Build relationships with contractors, project managers, purchasing teams, and senior decision-makers.
- Visit customer locations, construction sites, and industrial facilities.
- Identify upcoming projects, expansions, and other potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.




- Stay current on market conditions, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications

- Proven outside sales experience in industrial equipment, construction, building materials, or a related industry.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable dealing with everyone from field personnel to senior executives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a territory independently.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
