Qualifications:

Graduation from high school was supplemented by the successful completion of a two-year Office Administration diploma.
Completion of an approved medical terminology course OR willingness to complete within a reasonable timeframe to be set by the employer.
Demonstrated experience and ability in work processing and other Microsoft software (demonstrated proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Work, Power Point, Excel, Internet and Email).
Demonstrated proficiency in general office practices and procedures, organizational and communication skills.




Demonstrated ability in Meditech and CRMS.
The successful applicant will be required to submit a satisfactory certificate of conduct.

Duties (Included but not limited to):

Completes workload reports inclusive of entering data, retrieving data, daily analysis of data and completes monthly report.
Maintains facility accounts, bank deposits and submits monthly reports to the appropriate administrative office.
Answers telephone including emergency telephone, arranges appointments, filing, accounting, etc.
Performs typing and medical transcription duties.
Completing admission reports and submits to St. Anthony.
Organizes educational and staff events.
Covers administrative responsibility in absence of Site Manager.
Performs other related duties as required.
