Job Summary: The Senior Software Developer - CRM role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies.

This position requires expertise in both low-code and custom development approaches, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and cloud service models.

The developer will work closely with internal and external clients to deliver scalable, efficient CRM solutions that enhance customer service and operational workflows.

Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

Implement and maintain integrations and interoperability between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft cloud services.

Develop custom Web APIs, ASP.NET Core applications, and utilize Entity Framework and Azure SQL databases.

Configure and enhance Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace including agent experience profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing.

Utilize Dev

Ops practices including task boards, pipelines, and CI/CD processes for streamlined development and deployment.

Engage in Agile development practices, including Kanban and task board management.

Create technical documentation, reports, and assessments to support project objectives and stakeholder communication.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain high levels of customer service for internal and external clients.

Required Skills & Certifications: Experience with Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design.

Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration, and cloud capabilities.

Experience with both low code and custom development on Dynamics 365.

Expertise in Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace and related components.

Development skills in .NET, C#, Java

Script, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL.

Experience with Dev

Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure.

Experience with Power Apps including Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Custom PCF controls.

Knowledge of server-side templating languages such as Liquid.

Proficiency in cloud service models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.

Special Considerations: Strong communication skills required for explicit and effective documentation and client interaction.

Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
