Job Summary: This Software Developer role involves translating technical system specifications into functional, tested applications with a focus on Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

The position requires expertise in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting, supporting the full software development lifecycle, and providing technical solutions in a cloud and on-premise workplace.

Responsibilities: Develop detailed programming specifications and write or generate code.

Compile data-driven programs, maintain applications, and conduct unit tests.

Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software use and operation.

Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Design, code, test, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies.

Support implementation, conversion, and migration activities.

Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.

Conduct design walkthrough sessions with project teams.

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace and related modules.

Develop custom Web APIs, ASP.NET, .

Net Core applications, and Azure SQL solutions.

Utilize Dev

Ops tools including CI/CD pipelines, task boards, and automation.

Perform impact assessments on Oracle E-Business customizations (if applicable).

Engage in knowledge sharing and documentation preparation for technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Certifications: Experience with Agile methodologies and kanban/task boards.

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design.

Working knowledge of interoperability and integration of Microsoft cloud technologies.





Proficiency in both low code and custom development on Dynamics 365.

Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, session templates, workstream, and routing.

Proficiency in custom Web API development, ASP.NET, .

Net Core, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL.

Experience with Dev

Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools.

Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as C#, Java

Script.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure.

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Inventory.

Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts, and Oracle Data Integrator.

Experience with data warehouse concepts, ETL methodologies, and OBIEE.

Knowledge of Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).

Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related standards.

Experience with middleware, gateways, and rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.

Special Considerations: Must work onsite during standard business hours.

Expected to maintain high levels of customer service internally and externally.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

May require occasional support for post-implementation technical issues.

Scheduling: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks.

Onsite presence required at the designated office location.
