Job Description The Operations Agent will be responsible for coordinating airport operations with various stakeholders.

Plan, coordinate, communicate, lead and control the activities related to Air Transat flights at the Montreal airport (YUL); Interact with various service providers, governmental agencies and airport authorities; Responsible for briefing the crew; Monitor and coordinate the allocation of barriers; Elaboration of the loading plan; Consult and communicate flight messages (MVT, DPM, LDM, etc.); Communicate UHF and VHF; Answer telephone calls and emails; Manage irregular situations (delays, diversions, flight cancellations, etc.); Code the various delays; Prepare operations reports; Monitoring of operations.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience (ideally in airport operations); Autonomous and resourceful; High level of professionalism; Positive ability to communicate; Capable of evaluating and analyzing operational needs; Very good knowledge about the all facets of the aviation industry; Understanding of various of IT systems ( AIMS, and ALTEA) an asset; Capable of working under pressure Capable of multitasking
