The contractor will review deal and loan documentation, identify secured collateral filings in the United States (UCC filings) and Canada (PPSA filings), and extract relevant information for tracking and reporting purposes.
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday at the Toronto office, with remote flexibility on other days. 3 month contract with the potential of extension Advantages
