Job Description Advanced Dayforce reporting and SQL experience are required for this role. WHAT'S THE ROLE? We're looking for an HCM & Reporting Analyst to support our Dayforce implementation, with a particular focus on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
This 8-month contract role will help build the reporting foundation needed to support implementation, stabilization, and reliable workforce decision-making across the organization.
You will work with complex HR and payroll data, develop custom Dayforce reports and dashboards, and help ensure information transferred from legacy systems is complete, accurate, and ready for use.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how employee data moves through an HCM workplace and can translate reporting requirements into dependable technical solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO The HCM & Reporting Analyst
