Location: Spruce Grove, Alberta Hours: Monday - Thursday (6:00 am to 4:30 pm) The Team Lead is responsible for oversight of the daily activities of the warehouse by providing guidance and direction to employees.

This position ensures that the team is aware of shipping timelines, provides status updates throughout the day and troubleshoots bottlenecks.

Position Tasks: Set and follow Leader Standard Work daily Complete Start-Up Checks Assess manpower and break coverage continually with Value Stream Supervisor to ensure all timelines are maintained Support the shipper/receiver on dock management and communication between plants and carriers on deliver times.

Work through delivery delays and adjust schedules to support expedited items.

Conduct daily huddles with team to inform on progress and demands Regularly update cell board and dash boards and review operator efficiencies Utilize KPI metrics to compare actuals and to foster continuous improvement Support operators with material needs,



upcoming jobs and continuous coaching Ships, receives, and records the movement of goods, materials, and inventory for a company Administer and support cross training initiatives Adhere to Cam Tran safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with others Well organized and able to make independent judgments Able to work in a team environment Requirements Qualifications: Experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting.

Experience working with multiple carrier companies.

Operate a forklift, winch, or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials.

Knowledge of the product and plant operations.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing systems, Production Control and Quality System.
