Shipper/Receiver Location: Dartmouth, NS Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re working with a growing local manufacturing company that produces specialized components for highly regulated industries.

They’re looking to add a Shipper/Receiver to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience who is looking to build their skills in a structured manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing: Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments Check part numbers, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy Prepare packing slips and other shipping documents Coordinate carrier pickups Receive incoming materials and compare them against purchase orders and packing slips Check materials for damage, discrepancies, or missing documentation Label and organize materials and move them to the appropriate area Enter shipping and receiving information into the inventory system Help maintain accurate inventory and material traceability Assist with cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safe Work closely with inventory, purchasing, production,



and quality teams What we’re looking for: High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is an asset Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required Robust attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Able to read and verify basic shipping and receiving documents Good organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with inventory and learning an ERP/inventory system Able to safely operate a pallet jack and other material-handling equipment Able to lift up to 50 lbs What’s in it for you?
