Job Title: Oracle Fusion Redwood Functional Consultant Job Type: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Onsite Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Redwood Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using the Redwood user experience and design framework .

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.

The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, hands-on experience with the Redwood UI , and the ability to analyze business processes, configure applications, support testing, and drive functional improvements.

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud functional solutions.

Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion applications based on business and operational requirements.

Implement and support Oracle Redwood user experiences , pages, workflows, and functional features.

Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process analysis, and solution design workshops.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and user documentation.

Configure Oracle Fusion modules, workflows, approvals, security roles, and business processes as required.





Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems from a functional perspective.

Work with technical teams on data conversion, reporting, integrations, and application enhancements.

Develop and execute functional test cases, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution recommendations.

Support Oracle Fusion upgrades, quarterly releases, Redwood feature adoption, and regression activities.

Conduct user training, demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and prepare training materials.

Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and other project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, issue logs, and implementation artifacts.

Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications .

Experience working with Oracle Redwood UX/UI and Redwood-enabled Fusion functionality.

Strong functional consulting experience with requirements gathering and solution design.





Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, workflows, approvals, and business processes.

Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Experience with functional testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures and business processes.

Experience working with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and Redwood adoption initiatives.

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) from a functional perspective.

Exposure to Oracle Analytics, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Fusion reporting.

Experience with Oracle Fusion security roles and access management.

Experience in enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations or transformation programs.

Oracle Fusion Cloud or related Oracle certifications are an asset.
