Job Description Investigate mechanical systems failures and incidents, and review the design, operation and maintenance of the mechanical systems to identify system requirements Conduct field inspections, loss analysis, testing, and data collection Determine the scope of damage (water, physical, electrical, smoke, etc.) to the components and advise on repairability of damaged equipment.
Analyze invoices, purchase orders, budgets, schedules submitted in relation to damaged equipment Prepare written technical reports detailing project scopes, findings obtained from damage assessment and estimates, causation/failure analysis, and test results.
Manage multiple project assignments and execute them on time and within budget.
Qualifications Required Qualifications Graduated and completed studies from a reputable mechanical engineering program.
