Position description: · Role family SAP BASIS, S/HANA migration, RISE environment readiness and technical break fix · Programme context S/HANA, SAP RISE and BTP migration with regional platform support through formal test phases and cutover. · Primary phase: Phase mobilisation through SIT/SIT, cutover command and hypercare. · Location model: Regional hub or spoke model aligned to Montreal/North America timezone coverage. · Primary interfaces: Tech Platform Lead, Security, Integration, Development,



Environment Management, Accenture BASIS/BTP, QA and operations. · Programme phase: SIT to hypercare · Primary value: Platform and workplace break fix Position purpose: · Provide hands-on SAP BASIS, S/HANA migration and SAP RISE expertise to keep regional testing, cutover and hypercare activity moving within the local working day.

Core accountabilities: · Lead triage of S/HANA, RISE, BTP, transport, job, performance and connectivity issues. · Confirm environment readiness for SIT, UAT aligned assurance activities, cutover rehearsals and go live. · Coordinate resolution across customer, SI, SAP and cloud/network support boundaries. · Validate BTP services, destinations, certificates, connectivity and runtime dependencies. · Contribute platform evidence, defect trends and risk commentary for readiness gates.

Key deliverables: · Platform and environment readiness checklist. · Regional break fix register for platform, BTP, connectivity, performance and transports. · Technical cutover inputs for system availability, sequencing, validation and rollback considerations. · BTP dependency tracker covering services, destinations, certificates and operational ownership.

Skills and experience: · SAP BASIS experience across S/HANA landscapes, transports, monitoring and troubleshooting. · Practical BTP administration, connectivity and S/HANA migration experience. · Strong understanding of SAP RISE operating boundaries, migration responsibilities and escalation routes. · Experience in high-pressure SIT, cutover and hypercare settings.

Success measures: · Platform issues are triaged and escalated within the regional working day. · Environment readiness evidence is current and usable for gate decisions. · BTP and SAP platform blockers are resolved or escalated before they delay critical windows.
