QE Delivery Manager - Test Automation Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time FTE Experience: 10+ Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced QE Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery across multiple programs and projects.

The role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software releases through effective test strategy, automation adoption, quality governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Quality Engineering, Testing Delivery, Program/Delivery Management, Quality Transformation, and enterprise digital transformation programs , along with proven experience managing distributed onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) delivery across multiple programs and projects.

Define and implement effective test strategies, quality processes, automation initiatives, and delivery governance .

Drive quality engineering transformation and adoption of modern testing and automation practices.

Manage delivery across large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs .

Lead and manage distributed onsite and offshore QE teams , including resource planning, allocation, performance, and delivery.

Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, technology teams, customers, and senior leadership .

Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, governance processes, and delivery standards .

Ensure testing activities are aligned with program timelines, release objectives, quality standards, and business requirements.

Drive adoption and continuous improvement of test automation across programs.

Collaborate with development, Dev





Ops, product, business, and technology teams to improve overall software quality.

Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and quality issues and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution.

Provide leadership and guidance on automation, testing strategy, quality engineering, and transformation initiatives .

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, release quality, and delivery effectiveness.

Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience .

Minimum 5 years of experience in QE Delivery Management / Quality Engineering leadership .

Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs .

Strong experience in Quality Engineering and Testing Delivery .

Strong stakeholder and customer management experience.

Proven experience managing distributed onsite-offshore teams .

Robust understanding of test strategy, test automation, quality governance, metrics, and delivery management .

Technical Skills Strong hands-on understanding of the following technologies and practices: Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, Tosca API Testing: Postman, REST Assured Performance Testing: Load
