In this hands‑on role, you will operate heavy equipment and perform regular and preventative maintenance to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. Our best plant operators are easy to get along with, level‑headed, and take pride in their work. They enjoy working outdoors, solving mechanical challenges, and being part of a positive, hardworking culture.
