H2R Test Lead (HCM) Location: Calgary, Canada | Onsite Lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) testing across HCM processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, payroll, and offboarding.

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, scenarios, scripts, and execution schedules aligned with HCM business requirements.

Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and functional testing for HCM applications and related interfaces.

Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, business SMEs, system integrators, and vendors to ensure complete end-to-end process validation.

Manage test execution, daily status tracking, test coverage, risks, dependencies, and overall testing progress.

Own the defect lifecycle , including logging, triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, retesting,



regression validation, and closure.

Validate integrations between HCM and downstream/upstream systems such as payroll, finance, perks, time & attendance, identity management, and third-party applications .

Ensure test scenarios cover complex H2R business rules, employee data, security/roles, workflows, approvals, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare testing dashboards and management reports covering execution status, defect trends, risks, issues, and readiness metrics.

Drive business sign-off and go-live readiness , ensuring critical H2R defects are resolved or formally accepted before deployment
