At EQ3, we believe excellent design should last a lifetime.
Our new brand platform, Design for Life , reflects our commitment to authentic modern design, exceptional quality, and furniture made to be lived with for years to come.
But EQ3 is more than a design brand — we are a performance-driven retail business built on relationships, customer experience, and entrepreneurial thinking.
We are looking for Design Consultants who are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and energized by helping customers invest in better-quality products for their homes.
This is an opportunity for a confident sales professional who appreciates design, thrives in a commission environment, and wants to build a successful retail career with a premium Canadian brand.
