Wage - $20.25 - $21.25 per hour Job Duties: • Supervises team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed • Provides ongoing,



specific direction to team members • Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants • Maintain adequate level of inventory and minimize stock wastage. • Provide training to new employees • Responds to guest service complaints in a timely manner and resolve them • Perform same duties as workers supervised. • Must be available to work for any shifts (morning, afternoon, evening and night) including weekends and holidays • Assists the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during their shift • Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including documentation and reporting of any work related injuries or accidents • Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team members to meet goals • Leads by example and demonstrates the importance of treating every team member and guest with respect •Works in compliance with the occupational health and safety legislation • Complies with and enforces all Tim Hortons operating standards Job Description Job Requirements: Completion of high school education is required.

Knowledge of English language is required.

Minimum one year of previous work experience required in a similar field.

Must be prepared to work under pressure.
