**Expertise in documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements.**
**Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.**
**Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.**
**Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO),SAML,OIDC.**
**Knowledge of security standards.**

**Basic understanding of application architecture and integration patterns.**
**Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and security teams.**
**Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions.**

**Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.**
**Good-to-Have Skills:**
**Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms like Ping Identity, Forge
Rock, or Oauth.**
**Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their identity services.**
**Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how CIAM integrates with Dev
Ops workflows.**
**Awareness of user-centric design principles to enhance customer onboarding and authentication flows.**
**Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and adaptive authentication.**
**Familiarity with fraud detection and risk-based authentication.**
**Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java
Script) for automation or integration tasks.**
**Ability to analyze user behavior and CIAM metrics to improve system performance.**
**Understanding of CIAM use cases in specific industries**
**Relevant certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, or certifications from CIAM tool vendors.**

**Total compensation**
**We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates.
The base salary for this position ranges between**
**$90000**

**$125000**
**per year.
Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
