Adecco is currently hiring a Reach Truck Operator for a full time opportunity in a fast-paced distribution environment in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in reach truck operation, order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory control, RF scanning, and warehouse operations.

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will support daily distribution activities by performing stock put-away, order picking, inventory handling, and material movement while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and customer service standards are met.

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Location: Mississauga, ON

Shift: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM - 7 PM

Job type: Temporary 6 months | Full time

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations

Perform stock put-away and order picking activities.

Operate a narrow-aisle reach truck safely and efficiently.

Support shipping, receiving, inventory replenishment, and kit-building activities.

Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to process inventory transactions.

Maintain inventory accuracy and productivity targets.

Team & Customer Support

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily service levels.

Rotate between warehouse functions as operational needs require.

Maintain a customer-focused mindset and high attention to detail.

Safety & Quality





Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Ensure accuracy in all inventory and order fulfillment activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.

Experience with shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, or inventory control functions.

Experience operating a narrow-aisle reach truck is required.

Experience in an automated distribution environment is considered an asset.

Familiarity with RF scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
