Implementation Project Coordinator – Software

Toronto, ON | $45,000–$65,000 | Full-time Onsite

We are recruiting for a Toronto-based software company looking for an Implementation Project Coordinator to support client software implementations from kickoff through go-live.

This is a strong early-career prospect for someone who is organized, quick on their feet, comfortable dealing with customers and interested in building a career in software.

Previous implementation experience is helpful but not required. Strong new graduates and early-career candidates will be considered.

What You’ll Do

Support and eventually manage client software implementations.

Work directly with customers to understand requirements and keep projects moving.

Build and maintain project plans, timelines and documentation.

Coordinate internal teams including development, QA and release management.

Track tasks, deliverables and project progress.

Keep customers informed throughout the implementation.

Identify risks, delays and potential scope changes and escalate when appropriate.

Support projects through go-live and handoff.

What We’re Looking For

Strong verbal and written communication.

Excellent organization and follow-through.

Customer-focused, self-starter attitude.

Ability to manage several priorities at once.

Good judgment and problem-solving ability.

Comfortable learning and working with software and technology.

Experience with SaaS, customer success, project coordination, co-op/internships, payments, POS,



loyalty or hospitality technology is helpful but not required.

You do not need coding or development experience.

Training & Development

The company provides a structured ramp-up that includes product training, exposure to customer support, shadowing experienced Project Managers and gradual ownership of smaller implementations.

By approximately six months, the goal is for the successful candidate to be independently managing several smaller client projects.
