and a donation matching programYour Responsibilities:Retrieve and print scanned documentsVerify all beginning and ending figuresResponsible for manually inputting inventory receipts and adjustmentsOwnership of editing and posting electronic download filesResponsible for the verification and reconciliation of all cash and cheque paymentsResponsible for manually inputting PO numbersIdentify inventory errors and manually input in an Access databaseManage and update Excel inventory spreadsheetManage the sorting of mail and batch paperwork and filingYour Skills :Must be able to multi-task and can organize and prioritize own workExcellent communication skills are necessary, both oral and writtenMust be able to work well with othersStrong attention to detailStrong knowledge of MS office applications, particularly Outlook and ExcelYour Experience:High School DiplomaPost-secondary education in business or related1-3 years related experience with inventory balancing and/or accounting knowledgeThe expected salary range for this position is $37,440 - $44,928.
