Pandora seeks a Sales Lead for our team in North America. You will drive in-store experiences, exceed sales goals, and build loyal customers through product knowledge and brand passion. You will support managers and sales associates to ensure exceptional service and store performance.

The role requires a adaptable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation includes base plus bonus and 401K.
