The 310T Lead Hand Mechanic will oversee shop operations during afternoon shifts, ensuring high-quality service and safety compliance. You will execute scheduled and preventative maintenance, perform inspections, and handle repairs for tractors, vans, and flatbed trailers while supervising a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the shop and team during afternoon shifts
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections accurately
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various vehicles
- Identify parts needed for effective repairs
- Document all service work and inspections performed

Requirements:

- Must hold a valid 310T mechanic license
- Own a complete set of personal tools
- Eligible for health and dental perks
- Tool allowance of up to $1500 annually
- Boot allowance of up to $200 per year
