Location: Winnipeg, MB - David Friesen Drive
Contract: 14-Month Maternity Leave Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $24-$28/hour, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an Administrator, Financial & Asset Management to provide administrative and clerical support to the Head Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, banking, or a professional office environment and be comfortable handling financial documentation, reporting, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit Letters of Credit requests to lenders and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
- Prepare wire transfer requests.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly financial statements and annual financial reports.
- Provide backup support for loan draw requests and development bond applications.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Distribute financial statements, tax slips, and reports to investor owners.
- Communicate with and respond to investor owners professionally and promptly.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.




- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Assist with other administrative and financial projects as required.

Qualifications

- Education or experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Legal Assistant, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a financial institution, law firm, accounting firm, or similar professional environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial/investment terminology and legal terminology is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualified and diplomatic when dealing with clients, investors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check is required.
