Collaborate with your pod — a small, focused team of developers — to build and maintain IAM capabilitiesContribute to the backend codebase with an eye toward reliability, scalability, and securityParticipate in technical design discussions and help break down projects into clear, actionable tasksIdentify and suggest improvements to our authentication and authorization flowsHelp support the maintenance and uptime of IAM systems, including investigating and resolving production issuesWork closely with product, security, and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance and integrity of user data and accessStay informed on evolving security practices, frameworks, and technologiesWhat you bring to the table:




A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and ideas with teammatesPassion for IAM and security — you care about protecting users and understanding the threat landscapeExperience with authentication protocols, SSO (SAML, OAuth), RBAC, and MFA5+ years of professional software development experienceHands-on experience with modern web development — we use Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and ApolloA commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and fostering robust engineering practicesWhat we can offer you:
