Prior experience in the HR / HCM reporting domain strongly preferred: familiarity with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and payroll data structures.Experience in the Energy & Utilities industry or other regulated environments is an advantage.Track record of leading technical delivery on fixed-price SAP programmes with formal milestone governance.Comfortable presenting technical risks, architectural decisions and cutover plans to client CTO / IT Director level.Experience working in a hybrid onshore / offshore delivery model;
ability to direct and review offshore team output effectively.Solid written communication: ability to produce Architecture Design Documents, Conversion Runbooks, Test Strategy documents and Technical Specifications to a client-publishable standard.
