Good subject knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis and Workforce PlanningPreferred to work on at least 2 Anaplan implementations, support and enhancement projects in Banking Domain.Understand Banking Domain in terms of Capex, Interest Rates, Margins, Loans,



Deposits and Cash ModelsWork on building proof-of-concept models.Understanding clients’ business processes and business requirementsTranslate requirements into functional requirements and use casesDesign and build Anaplan application models to support business processes in line with overall design given by Solution ArchitectLiaise with FP&A; users and help groom user storiesConvert requirements from business to technical team on ground. Assist in testing or UAT with business usersImplement high-quality code using best practicesMonitor data flows to and from clients’ systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurateProvide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processesDefine and administer user roles and permissions in AnaplanAbility to Work individually or lead a small group. Own and deliver the deliverables on time with high qualityCommunicate effectively with global customers and Internal TeamManage time effectively to deliver the requirements before the deadlines.Collaborate well within a team environment to drive resultsManage the overall project from stakeholders and onsite-offshore coordination perspectiveTransparent status reporting, extremely robust in communication and interpersonal skillsTransform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processesQualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics)10+ years’ IT experience. 7+ years of relevant experience7+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and architecture.Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (Mandatory)



or Master Anaplanner.Prior implementation and Consulting experience with global customers of at least 2 years preferably with BanksStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in convoluted environment navigating people dynamics and get work done on individual and collective basisWorking within an Agile delivery operating model with demonstrated knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid implementation methodologies.Preferred Skills:
Experience with Anaplan and Integrations/Data.Understanding of finance or workforce planning processes.Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes in BanksStrong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise objective, mature judgement.Be a transformation leader
