We are currently hiring for a Yard Operations Associate to support our clients waste management operations at a busy facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active throughout the day. We offer:

- $18.00 hourly
- Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM & Saturday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- $18.00/hour + 4% vacation pay, paid out weekly
- Advantages available after 6 months of full-time employment

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with unloading garbage, wood, and recyclable materials
- Direct traffic to appropriate dumping areas
- Sort and stack materials including wood, tires, and electronics
- Clean and organize appliances (e.g., fridges)
- Perform general site clean-up and yard maintenance




- Support operations within a pallet depot environment

Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and standing for extended periods of time
- CSA-approved steel toe boots required
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable interacting with customers
