High volume Northside Edmonton Pub looking to welcome to our dynamic team an amazing part-time server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about food service and guest relations, all while gaining valuable experience in the food industry.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep zones, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Support team members in maintaining a clean,



organized workspace aligned with sanitation standards
- Highschool Graduate level math skills.

Requirements

- Three to 5 years of previous food service, bar or restaurant experience required; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Shifts include nights & weekends.
- Comfortable learning a recent POS system.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Capable of working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales

Pay: $15.00 per hour
