We are seeking a motivated and dependable Drywaller and Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In these role, you will play a vital part in supporting construction, maintenance, and site operations by performing a variety of manual tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by fetching tools, supplies, or equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote safety and productivity
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
- Participate in routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Qualifications
- Drywall and Carpenter skills necessary
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures on construction sites is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn current skills
