Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking a patient-focused and licensed Registered Staff Pharmacist to work with our client. In this role, you will provide professional pharmacy services, support patients receiving specialty medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions.
- Provide patient counseling and medication education.
- Adapt, renew, and initiate prescriptions within your professional scope of practice.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians, assistants, caseworkers, and other pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, company policies, and privacy requirements.
- Provide medication and clinical information to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate prescription delivery and ensure proper cold-chain management when required.
- Monitor pharmacy operations, including temperature logs and accounts receivable.
- Report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare partners.
- Complete required training and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Licensed and in positive standing with the College of Pharmacists in Manitoba (or eligible for licensure).
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Minimum one year of experience in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Experience working with Kroll Pharmacy Management Software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with specialty medications and biologics.
- Experience with medication reimbursement programs, clinical trials, or regulated healthcare environments.
- Bilingualism (English/French) or proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
