Role Overview:

As the Pre-Owned Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our pre-owned vehicle department. Your creative strategies and energetic leadership will ensure our inventory meets the highest standards and our sales targets are not just met but exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase inventory turnover and maximize sales.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicles, market trends, and industry standards to ensure our inventory is competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets, motivating and leading by example.
- Negotiate with sellers and buyers to ensure fair and profitable transactions.
- Ensure all pre-owned vehicles meet our rigorous quality standards before being listed for sale.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or management, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.
- A dynamic and energetic personality, with a creative approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- A solid understanding of the automotive market and trends.
- A go-getter attitude, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- OMVIC certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$190,000.00 per year
