You will be responsible to:

- Complete projects according to schedule
- Ensure stock levels are adequate in advance of project
- Mask and clean cabinet doors and drawers
- Transport cabinet doors and drawers
- Clean and sand frames




- Use waterborne and shellac-based paints
- Maintain and clean tools, spray booth, work area
- Conduct quality control on completed work
- Order and mix finishing materials
- Follow and improve on established processes and maintaining excellent safety standards.

To qualify for this position you must:

- Be social, positive, energetic and self-starter, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Have an aptitude for high quality, detail oriented work using hand tools and power tools while maintaining cleanliness
- Have a willingness to take something old and make it look brand new again, previous construction or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Training for masking, painting, or spraying cabinets will be provided, previous experience is a PLUS, but not required
- Travel to and from client site, transporting cabinets doors and drawers
- Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle, clean driving record, within the past three years
- Physical demands include continuous standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work multiple locations, work well with others, and be open to LEARN
- Entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and acting, committed to delivering excellence.




- Ability to informally lead and influence peers to drive performance.
