Marketing Manager – Medical Aesthetics

Part-Time | Potential to Grow into Full-Time | Performance Bonus Available

Rosa Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives as we continue to grow.

This role will start part-time (approximately 2–3 days/week), with strong potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media and digital marketing strategies
- Create and manage Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and other social content
- Coordinate photo/video shoots and content production
- Develop promotional campaigns and clinic events
- Manage paid advertising and lead generation
- Support website updates, SEO, and online visibility
- Track campaign performance, inquiries, bookings, and conversions
- Maintain consistent clinic branding and messaging
- Proactively identify new marketing and growth opportunities

Requirements

- Previous marketing experience in the medical aesthetics / medical spa industry is REQUIRED
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with SEO and local SEO
- Experience with website design, website management, or landing page optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics,



Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Canva, and email marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on results
- Strong creative judgment and ability to work independently
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Portfolio or examples of previous work required
- Mandarin speaking and reading is a STRONG asset and strongly preferred

Position

- Part-time to start, approximately 2–3 days per week
- Combination of in-clinic content days and remote work
- Base hourly pay + performance-based bonus
- Bonus opportunities based on marketing performance, campaign execution, qualified leads, and new client bookings
- Solid opportunity to grow into a full-time Marketing Manager role
- Compensation based on experience
