Vineyard Worker - Seasonal

Frind Winery Ltd. is seeking 54 full time seasonal Vineyard Workers to work in our vineyards located in the Vernon, Kelowna, and Osoyoos areas from February to December 2027.

Position Details

- Position: Vineyard Worker – Seasonal
- Number of Positions: 54
- Employment Period: February to December 2027
- Hours: 40–60 hours per week, depending on the season and operational requirements
- Wage: $18.25 per hour
- Work Locations: Vernon, Kelowna, and Osoyoos areas

Job Duties

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Tucking and tying grapevines
- Pruning and suckering
- Shoot and crop thinning
- Vineyard netting
- Grape harvesting
- Irrigation
- Weed control
- Vineyard repair and maintenance
- General vineyard labour and other duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements

- No previous vineyard experience is required; training will be provided.




- Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, rainy, and wet conditions.
- Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks and remain active for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work as part of a team are required.
