Love meeting new people and creating great resort experiences? Join our team at the Village Creek Country Inn! Located in the heart of the vibrant, year-round Village at Pigeon Lake, our boutique property features 35 guest rooms, suites, multi-bedroom condos, and newly renovated meeting facilities.

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our inn!

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome guests with warm resort hospitality during check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage room reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Provide local recommendations for shops, dining, and activities around Pigeon Lake.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest stays.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- A positive, welcoming attitude and ability to thrive in a busy workplace.




- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Skills Required:

- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, be on your feet all day, be able to physically meet the demands of the position - kneeling, squatting, lifting, reaching, standing, pushing, scrubbing
- An ability to clearly communicate verbally in English with guests and colleagues
- Be customer focused, always taking time to assist guests as needed
