ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated, charismatic Residential Leasing Agent with a passion for customer experience to support the initial lease-up of Nova by the Park, a newly built residential rental property in Kelowna. This position is well suited to someone who excels in a client-facing role.

In this role, you'll conduct property showings for prospective tenants with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll play an significant part in creating a welcoming first impression and providing attentive, helpful service that reflects Bridgestar's commitment to its residents and communities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Respond promptly and professionally to rental inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms

· Schedule and conduct property tours showcasing suites with professionalism, product knowledge, and enthusiasm

· Explain rental rates and lease terms, highlighting available promotions and incentives to help turn inquiries into signed leases

· Understand prospective tenants’ needs and help them identify suitable suites

· Follow up promptly after showings to answer questions, maintain interest,



and encourage rental applications

· Prepare residential tenancy agreements and related documents accurately, ensuring all approved rental terms, incentives, and applicable schedules are included

· Guide prospective tenants through the application, screening, and approval process

· Provide attentive, professional service throughout the leasing process

· Keep accurate records of inquiries, showings, follow-ups, and application status

· Coordinate with the property management team on availability, applications, and next steps

· Keep the property management team informed of feedback from showings, prospective tenants’ preferences, and any concerns that may affect leasing

WHAT YOU BRING

· 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (property management experience preferred)

· Experience preparing contracts and familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Branch's standard tenancy agreement

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· The ability to manage your schedule, stay organized, and work independently

· Comfort using email, online platforms, and software to track inquiries and leasing activity

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
