Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong, capable staff.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support kitchen staff with food industry best practices, including bartending or barista responsibilities if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant space,



including the kitchen and dining areas.
- Lead by example in serving guests with hospitality excellence while managing operational challenges efficiently.

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience within a food service or restaurant environment.
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and food handling expertise across various restaurant settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling platforms.
- Strong background in customer service, hospitality, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Experience in restaurant management roles, including overseeing shifts, training staff, and maintaining operational flow.
- Knowledge of the food industry’s best practices related to serving, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations.
- Previous experience with bartending or barista duties is a plus; hotel or hospitality background is advantageous.

Pay: $17.95-$18.75 per hour
