CNC Machinist – Windsor, ON

We are currently hiring a CNC Machinist for a well-established metal manufacturing client in Windsor, Ontario.

Position Details

- Location: Windsor, ON

- Job Type: Full time

- Shift: Afternoon Shift

- Pay: $24–$32/hour + $2/hour shift premium

Job Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

- Perform machining operations to produce precision metal components

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements

- Make adjustments to machines and tooling as required

- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment

- Follow production, safety, and quality procedures

- Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

- 3+ years of CNC machining experience

- Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings





- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and measuring equipment

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
