Our pie shop is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front of House team!

If you’re a leader, team-focussed, enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a team-based environment (bonus points if you love pie), we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:

- Full time
- Shifts fall between 9:00am – 6:30pm
- 4-5 days per week and must include Saturday (our busiest day)
- Serving customers and managing our awesome FOH team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience supervising, leading or managing a person or team.
- Contribute to weekly manager meeting with the entire management team.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Direct customer service experience
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Comfortable greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
