Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer & Technical Support Representative for a temp-to-hire prospect in North York, ON. This role is ideal for a technically skilled support professional who enjoys solving software, Windows, hardware, and connectivity issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

In this onsite position, you will provide remote support to clients, troubleshoot application and system issues, review logs, assist with connected imaging devices, and escalate complex cases with clear documentation. You will be part of a collaborative technical support environment where patient communication, teamwork, and methodical problem-solving are valued.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2+ years of technical support, desktop support, IT support, or field service experience who wants to build hands-on expertise in a specialized medical devices and supplies environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25 to $28 per hour.
- Position Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level customer and technical support by phone and remote-access tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Remote Desktop.
- Troubleshoot software installation, startup, permissions, compatibility, crashes, connectivity, and configuration issues.
- Collect and review application logs, Windows Event Viewer logs, screenshots, error messages, and system information to support issue diagnosis.
- Troubleshoot Windows services, processes, drivers, USB devices, peripherals, network adapters, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Install or reinstall Windows, configure computers, install drivers and applications, and verify system functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to software or engineering teams with complete troubleshooting notes and diagnostic details.
