Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and drinks using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting stations to optimize service flow




- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and handle any concerns professionally

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register platforms
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience in bartending or serving roles is desirable but not required; training will be provided if needed
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
