Responsibilities and tasks include, but not limited to the following:

-Communication with guests via telephone, email or video calls

-Welcoming, greet, escorting guests. Ensure all their needs are met prior to arrival.

-Attending to patient comforts and needs in the office.

-Scheduling patients using computer based software.





-Ensure scheduling is prepared for efficient operation and effective staffing.

-Overseeing handling of billings and insurance claims.

-Processing payments

-Preparing Insurance breakdowns

-Ensuring a positive attitude at all times, acting as a leader and role model for staff to emulate.

-Receiving packages

-Maintaining a close relationship with clinic director, assistants and practice owner

QUALIFICATIONS

- Have strong leadership qualities to handle any situation that may rise in matters of guest service so that guests are satisfied.

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to communicate effortlessly and professionally to guests and staff in a warm manner.

- Ability to work under stressful situations, handling more than one task at a time.

- Have an outgoing and friendly personality

- Be guest service focused, and be attentive to detail.

- Be neat, professional and well groomed.

- Experience as a dental receptionist is a must-have!

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
