At Mission35 Mortgages our purpose is to make dreams a reality through residential mortgages with 5 star experience. We are looking for a closing specialist to join our growing team that value each other, growth, urgency, and positivity.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Mortgage Closer is the operational hub of the pod. The Closer ensures approved and signed mortgage files move efficiently through conditions, compliance and funding while maintaining an exceptional client experience. The Closer also owns the operational accuracy of BLU, Gold Rush and OwnWell.

SYSTEMS & DATABASE OWNERSHIP

- Manage BLU, Gold Rush and OwnWell.
- Ensure the BLU and Gold Rush dashboards are 100% accurate at all times.
- Ensure required client, chance and deal information is complete, current and properly entered in the database.
- Maintain OwnWell as part of the DCC customer-contact and relationship-management strategy.

DAILY DEAL MEETING

Run the deal meeting every morning with an accurate view of active files, outstanding conditions, upcoming funding dates,

Agent actions, Closer actions, potential delays, compliance items, appraisal issues, lawyer instructions and client follow-up.

WEEKLY CALL SHEETS

Prepare and distribute the required database call sheets first thing every Monday morning. Each applicable Level 2 and Level 3 Agent receives 50 database contacts. The Closer owns distribution and tracking; the Agent owns completion of the calls.





CLOSING RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide closing support for Agent Level 2 and Level 3 files only. Level 1 Agents close their own files. Closer duties include

Zoho Sign assistance, remaining conditions after signing, outstanding-document follow-up, appraisals, lawyer instructions, closing documentation, compliance, final lender requirements and funding follow-up.

FILE TIMELINES

Work with Mission 35 Level 2 and Level 3 Agents to maintain standards: refinances within 3 weeks and purchases broker complete within 2 weeks of application.

COMPENSATION

Base salary with a growing team and bonus structures available.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A successful Mortgage Closer is highly organized, proactive, accurate and accountable. They know where every active deal stands, keep systems accurate, run an effective morning meeting, distribute Monday call sheets, manage closing duties, and create operational capacity for Level 2 and Level 3 Agent.
