Pederson Construction is hiring a reliable, strong, and hardworking individual for concrete work including foundations, retaining walls, sidewalks, driveways and renovations.

This is physically demanding outdoor construction work. Applicants must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working long, labour-intensive days in varying weather conditions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years concrete or construction experience
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to assist with forming, pouring, screeding, and finishing
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Steel-toe boots required
- Commitment to safe work practices

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs
- Repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting
- Prolonged standing and walking on uneven ground
- Ability to work in heat, cold, wind, and direct sun
- Manual dexterity to handle tools and materials safely




- Stamina to work extended shifts until the job is completed

This position requires flexibility. Weekend, evening, and extended hours are required. Workdays may run until the job is completed.

What We Offer:

- Starting wage $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- Wage will reflect proven experience and work ethic
- Overtime available
