Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations




- Provide attentive guest services by checking on guests’ needs throughout their visit and addressing any concerns promptly

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, tips, and cash handling accurately
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
