We are seeking a full-time Lead Hand for the Sanitation department on the night shift. This role supports the coordination of sanitation activities, employee training, food safety, and the safe and effective cleaning of production equipment and facility areas. The starting wage is $19.14 per hour, with progression to the permanent rate of $26.55 per hour.

Key Ingredients:

- Support the Sanitation Supervisor in assigning and coordinating departmental work while actively participating in sanitation activities.
- Complete required sanitation and quality documentation.
- Assist the Sanitation Supervisor in troubleshooting sanitation issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire facility, including production equipment, compactors, and other designated areas.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Follow established equipment lockout procedures during sanitation activities.
- Maintain food safety standards and immediately report food safety concerns to Quality Assurance.




- Follow all food safety and health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.

Recipe for Success:

- Previous experience in food-manufacturing sanitation, industrial cleaning, or chemical handling.
- A lover of baked goods!
- Read, write and communicate (English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- You have robust people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
- Strong leadership attributes
- Excellent attention to detail
- You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
